Any Monument purchased from Starr Memorials is unconditionally guaranteed against cracking, crumbling, or deterioration except in the case of vandalism. Should the monument be defective in any way, or should the lettering or design be different than the description on the signed contract, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the purchaser. The monument will be straightened at any time in the future should it become un-level.
QUALITY: Our granite, marble and bronze are the finest money can buy. Our craftsmen, who design, letter and engrave the monuments, are true artists. They take great pride in creating memorials of beauty and durability. A computer sketch is provided with each monument order to assure the customer of exactly what he finished monument will look like . This also helps eliminate mistakes in spelling or wrong information.
SERVICE: We install each monument on a Granite or sacrete foundation to help eliminate the serious problem evident in every cemetery: leaning or tilting. We cannot guarantee that ours will never lean or tilt, but we can guarantee that we will straighten the monument if it should become un-level. We also have fewer problems with leaning and tilting because of the quality of foundation we use.
